How did the Berean Bible Church of Grand Island get started?

Our church family in Grand Island began on June 13th of 1992. Six couples met together for prayer and to discuss the possibility of starting a church. Several volunteered to search for a suitable meeting place. We are grateful to both the School Board and the Superintendent of Northwest High School for allowing us to rent a space in which to meet. The first service at the high school was held on July 28th of 1992 with 55 people attending. God greatly blessed their efforts and soon more than one hundred people were meeting together for worship and Bible study. We moved into our present facility at 4116 West Capital Avenue in 1995. This year we celebrate ten years of God's faithfulness to our church family.
